Welcome to Tracy’s Beautique. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Tracy’s Beautique’s Website, located at tracyabeautique.com.

By accessing this website and booking our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Tracy’s Beautique if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Services & Appointments

  • Booking: All appointments must be booked through our official booking system.

  • Accuracy: Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and selecting the correct service.

  • Health & Safety: For the safety of our staff and other clients, please reschedule if you are experiencing symptoms of illness (cold, flu, etc.). We reserve the right to refuse service if a client’s hair or scalp condition is deemed unsuitable for the requested style.

2. Payments & Fees

  • Pricing: All prices listed are starting prices and may increase based on hair length, density, or additional customizations discussed during the consultation.

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your slot.

  • Final Payment: Remaining balances must be paid in full at the time of service via our accepted payment methods (Cash, Card, or mobile payment apps as specified in-studio).

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Failure to cancel within the required timeframe or failure to show up for an appointment (“No-Show”) will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and may result in a charge of up to 100% of the service fee.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Tracy’s Beautique and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on tracyabeautique.com. This includes:

  • Photos of work in our Portfolio.

  • Logo and branding elements.

  • Website content and descriptions.

  • User Content: By tagging Tracy’s Beautique in photos of your hair or makeup on social media, you grant us permission to repost and use those images for marketing purposes.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • Results: While we strive for perfection, results may vary based on hair texture, skin type, and maintenance.

  • Allergies: It is the client’s responsibility to inform the stylist of any known allergies to hair products, latex, or makeup ingredients prior to the service. Tracy’s Beautique is not liable for allergic reactions to standard industry products.

  • Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the studio.

6. Website Use & External Links

  • Our website may contain links to third-party websites (such as booking platforms or social media). We have no control over the content or privacy practices of these sites.

  • You must not use this website in any way that causes damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
